SHIPPING
When you place an order on our website you will receive an email to confirm the order and a second email to inform you when your order has dispatched. For all orders placed before 12 noon (GMT) on a business day (Monday to Friday) we aim to ship the same day, providing card security checks are complete, and stock availability is confirmed. Orders placed after 12noon (GMT) we aim to be shipped the following business day. Any orders placed over the weekend will be shipped on the Monday with the only exception of Bank Holidays where the item will be processed and shipped the following day.
You may pay an additional delivery charge if your order is picked from multiple locations. Our estimated times for postage delivery and standard charges are:
- Zone 1 - UK - Standard Delivery - £4.95 3 to 5 days delivery
- Zone 1 - UK - Express Delivery - £5.95 1 to 3 days delivery
- Zone 1 - UK - Next Day - £14.95 Order by 1pm for Next Day (Monday - Thursday)
- Zone 2 - EU – 3 to 17 days delivery - £24.95
- Zone 3 - Non EU – 3 to 17 days delivery - £29.95
Please note: Duties and Taxes are not included in shipping costs and are at the discretion of each country outwith the United Kingdom. Unfortunately we are unable to provide estimates for any additional customs fees. For the most accurate guidance, we recommend contacting your local customs office directly.
The delivery address cannot be changed after an order is dispatched, however, should the package still be in our possession, we will endeavour to make any required amendments.
A signature may be required for any shipment, before signing for a package please inspect for any damages. Once signed for you accept full liability and we cannot be held responsible for any missing goods.
