Genuine repairs that are found to be required during our warranty period are taken care of at our expense.
Our Guarantee Covers:
Failure of craftsmanship.Failure of materials.
Manufacturer defects.
for up to 2 years from purchase date of apparel.
Manufacturer defects.

Our Guarantee does not cover:
General wear and tear
Deliberate or accidental damage caused by wearer.
Disregard of the product care instructions.
Using the item for anything other than its intended purpose.
Any garment which features third party alterations.
Extreme wear.
Non-Guarantee Repairs
For non-warranty repairs or in the case of accidental damage we will provide an estimate once your item has been evaluated by one of our repair specialists. We will only ever proceed with work once it has been authorised by you. You may decide not to go ahead with the work, in which case we will send your garment back to you.
